Monogram Orders are non returnable unless we make an error.  The following applies to non monogram orders.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with you scrubs from A2Z Uniforms, we will gladly accept your unworn, unaltered garments within 21 days from the date you receive them.  We will not accept any soiled garments (this includes ANY hair, pet hair, and strong odors such as smoke or perfume)  Any shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee for returns of 5 or more items.

Simply mail the return back to the address located at the top left corner of your invoice/packing slip.  There is NO additional shipping charges for the exchange items to be shipped back to you and restocking fees do NOT apply to EXCHANGE orders of 5 or more items.
