2. We will digitize your logo and mail you a proof of the stitchout.
3. We get your approval and put it on the desired garments.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Q. What does digitizing mean?
A. Digitizing is the process of taking your logo and converting it to a file format that the embroidery machine can read.

Q. Is there a setup fee?
A. There is a one time $85 setup fee. This fee includes any minor edits required to perfect the stitchout and a sample stitchout(s) mailed to you.

Q. Is it expensive to put my logo on shirts, scrubs, lab coats, etc.?
A. Not at all. Having your logo embroidered on the left or right chest is about the same as 2 lines of monogramming ($10 or less).

Q. Are there any minimums?
A. We have a very low minimum, only a 4 piece minimum. One of the lowest in the industry.

Q. How long does it take to get my shirts or uniforms with a logo on it?
A. Typically you are looking at 2 weeks or less from the date you place your order to get the finished product.

Q. Do I have to place an order for the garments to be embroidered at the same time I order the digitizing?
A. No. You can order the digitizing and get the embroidered logo approved and ready to go prior to placing the order for the items to be embroidered. You will only be required to pay for the digitizing at the time it is requested.

Q. How long will it take to get my logo digitized?
A. It generally takes 1-2 business days for the stitchout to ship if we receive your logo artwork before 12pm CST.

Q. Can you stitch my logo in different colors?
A. Yes. We just require at least 4 garments/items with the same colored logo. So you could have 4 with one color logo and 4 with another color sequence.

Q. Are there any logos that you can not embroider?
A. Yes. We can not embroider licensed logos that are sold on apparel (i.e. Collegiate Logos, All Proffessional Sport Logos, etc.) We also will not embroider any logos that are deemed offensive.
